Q: What level of insurance cover does CQM have?

A: We have Construction and Public Liability insurance to $20 milion, Workers Compensation and we are Trade Monitor Audited & Approved (AS4801).

 

Q: What areas do you cover?

A: We cover most areas in Sydney Metropolitan area. Please Contact Us to confirm if we service your area.

Q: Can I see some of your previous projects?

A: Our Photo Gallery and Project Spotlight pages have more information on unique and complex projects where we saved clients money or time with a CQM idea. Many projects are difficult to film as they involve water ingress or concrete cancer detection… watch this space for future youtube clips of Preston solving building failure mysteries.

 

Q: What days/hours does CQ Maintenance work?

A: We generally work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm to minimise labour costs, however, we adapt to specific jobs and customers.

 

Q. Do you provide free quotes?

A: Yes we do. Once you contact us we will come out and inspect the work you need done, take some photos if needed, come back to our office, put the quote together and then email it through to you.

 

Q. How long do quotes usually take?

A: It depends on the job you need the quote for. Once a site has been inspected, a simple quote can be emailed through within 48-72 hours. If the quote requires us to get prices from suppliers for specialised materials or contractors then it could take a little longer. Rest assured we will get it to you as soon as we can and always aim to work to your timeline.
